For the 2008/9 season the shop will be spot lighting a few products we believe are unique to the sport of skiing. Click on their logo or the shop new gear graphic to learn more. We are very pleased with the performance of the Icelantic for Mt. Baker's type of snow. Most of the staffers own a pair of Icelantics, so they have endurred some awesome powder testing. As far as AT bindings, it's about time one of the big hitters finally stepped up last year and made a beefy touring binding that can stand up to demanding terrain and a fat ski. The Marker Duke is back this year along with a lighter version called the Barron. The Titan from Blizzard at $299.00 still remains our best deal for a top of the line inbounds ski that can handle any speed with security and wide enough to venture through boot top powder.
Shop co-owner Drew Adams on his lunch break testing Icelantic's 143 cm. Scout with Voile 3 pin telemark binding and a Crispi two buckle boot. The Glacier Ski Shop staff gets out there and tests skis, so when you come into the shop or call, we can give you all the information we have learned, so that you can make the best ski choice. Come on up to Glacier and talk to one of our proffessional staff about the ski products we have chosen for this season. Can't make it to Glacier? Give us a call, we can ship skis in stock immediately.
