Directions

The town of Glacier is the Northern gateway to the North Cascades National Park and the Mt. Baker Ski Area. Our town has several restaurants, a variety of lodging options, and world class outdoor recreation including; skiing and snowboarding, mountain and road bicycling, white water rafting and kayaking, hiking, backpacking, and mountaineering.

Glacier is 45 minutes East of Bellingham, up the North Fork Nooksack River drainage on the Mt. Baker Highway(state route 542). Approximately equidistance from Vancouver BC and Seattle. Two hours from the Seattle Airport(SEATAC). The town of Glacier lies less than ten miles from the North Cascades National Park and Mt. Baker Wilderness Area. Whistler is four hours distance, and riding the North Shore is only two hours away.
